Recently, I have started becoming more determined in losing my weight and achieve a much healthier life.
This page is dedicated into how I lost my weight. I am hoping to lose three stone by the end of December and hopefully compare the difference of my endurance and weight. This year 2013 will be the year that I will prove not to others but to myself, that I am capable of working out and working hard. I will not quit. The journey has begun and I will not finish until I get there.
